Metalis are currently working with a well established manufacturer in Rotherham, who are looking for a HSE Advisor to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice on all things Health, Safety and Environmental
- Carry out risk assessments, COSHH reviews, inspections etc.
- Deliver toolbox talks, HSE training and promote a behavioural safety culture
- Ensure compliance with all HSE legislations
- Identify opportunities for risk reduction, compliance improvement and environmental performance enhancement
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and sustainability
- Monitor and report SHE performance metrics
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective action tracking
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislations
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Familiar with ISO14001 & ISO45001 management systems
Salary & Hours
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm & Friday, 8:30am - 3pm
