Metalis are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join a busy manufacturing environment, helping to maintain quality standards across fabricated switchboards and control panels. This is a hands-on role where you ll work closely with production teams, identify improvements, and play a key part in delivering high-quality products to customers. What s the Job? Carrying out quality inspections on fabricated and assembled equipment Maintaining accurate inspection records and quality reports Identifying defects and non-conformances and helping implement corrective actions Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes Working with Production Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders to improve quality and productivity Assisting with ISO 9001 compliance and quality management systems Delivering toolbox talks and supporting quality awareness across the workforce Helping drive a zero-defects culture throughout production What Kind of Person Fits This Job?
