Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am)

Metalis Recruitment: An opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Nottingham.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Manufacturing of materials and components used in many sectors
- Participating and contributing to Continuous Improvement activities
- Interpreting manufacturing paperwork (Engineering drawings)
- Ensuring products are stored correctly to avoid contamination and damage
- Maintaining a good standard of cleanliness in work area
- Reporting all shortages, scrap, and downtime as necessary
The company is looking for a Production Operative who has the following skills and experiences:
- Ideally have industrial manufacturing industry experience (print background would be great)
- Awareness of safety, health, environmental and quality issues
- Team player
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work days and night shifts
Please note: the manufacturing area does include some chemical products and we would not recommend people with allergies and medical conditions such as asthma.
Shifts & Salary: £13.00ph - Overtime available. Rotating Days & Nights. 12 Week Temporary - Permanent role.
