Job Title: Production Operative Location: Rotherham Salary: £11.44ph with shift allowance Shifts: Mornings and Afters Metalis is working in partnership with a specialist engineering company involved in the design and manufacture of bespoke components for a wide range of industries, both in the UK and Europe. We are actively recruiting for a Production Operative to join an expanding team in Rotherham. Duties and Responsibilities Working with raw materials throughout processing & production stages Working in a fast-paced environment Working within a manufacturing cell Follow all appropriate procedures effectively and perform all appropriate tasks within set time scales and to set standards, SOP's & test methods, process order QC instructions and other duties as defined by shift management Minimizing waste in labour, material and downtimePerson Specification: Experience working in manufacturing or engineering Experience operating production machinery Flexible to work afters until 12pmSalary & Hours: Rotating shifts Mornings 6am – 2pm Afters 2pm – 11pm or sometimes finishing at 12pm Overtime Available at Enhanced Rates 12 weeks temporary to permanent roleIf this vacancy sounds of interest, please apply today and one of our consultants will be in touch with suitable applications
