Manufacturing Manager

Job Role: Manufacturing Manager Location: Nottingham Salary: £50,000 per annum Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer in Nottingham, who are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join their team. Job Duties: Responsible for all manufacturing and the manufacturing team (3 direct and 40+ indirect reports) Work closely with the MD and the wider management team to develop and implement strategies Support and drive continuous improvement activities Create and meet daily, weekly and monthly production plans Provide coaching, support and training to the manufacturing team Identify and organise resources needed to accomplish tasks Focus on customer needs and satisfaction Support customer visits and actively promote the business both internally and externally Provide and deliver clear and concise reporting to relevant stakeholders of manufacturing progress Job Requirements: Manufacturing Manager experience Digital Printing/Engraving background Keen eye for data analysis and production planning High volume, low value product experience Knowledge of Manufacturing IT systems Salary & Shift: £50,000 per annum Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
