Descrizione del ruolo:
- Fornire supporto tecnico ai clienti, gestendo richieste di prodotto e attività di cross-referencing in modo tempestivo e professionale.
- Assistere i team di vendita interni ed esterni nelle loro necessità tecniche, contribuendo alla soddisfazione del cliente e alla crescita del fatturato.
- Acquisire e mantenere una conoscenza approfondita dell'intera gamma di prodotti Metal Work, incluse caratteristiche, vantaggi, opzioni e applicazioni.
- Navigare i siti aziendali e utilizzare i software gestionali (SAP, CRM, suite Microsoft Office) per gestire e rispondere alle richieste dei clienti.
- Rappresentare Metal Work Pneumatic UK Ltd in modo professionale in tutte le interazioni con i clienti, sia scritte che verbali.
- Mantenere una comunicazione chiara ed efficace con tutti i reparti interni.
- Applicare e rispettare le procedure e gli standard aziendali.
