Job Description
- Provide technical support to customers, handling product enquiries and cross-referencing requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist both the internal and external sales teams with their technical requirements, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the full Metal Work product range, including features, benefits, options and applications.
- Navigate company websites and use relevant software tools (SAP, CRM, Microsoft Office suite) to manage and respond to customer requests.
- Represent Metal Work Pneumatic UK Ltd in a professional manner across all customer interactions, both written and verbal.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all internal departments.
- Follow and uphold company procedures and standards.
- Undertake special projects or additional tasks as required by the department.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good organisational, planning and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems and make sound decisions independently.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
