Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
- Monitor and address performance issues.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead organisational change and improvement initiatives.
Criteria
Essential:
- 3rd level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- A minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a HR Manager role.
- Experience in both Strategic and Operational HR.
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Northern Ireland employment law.
Desirable:
- CIPD membership (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
- Learning & Development Practices.
- Knowledge of culture Improvement Initiatives.
- Knowledge of Workflow Infinity software.

Working hours and salary
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 1pm. Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 (based on experience).
