Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and induction process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and support managers with employee evaluations.
  • Monitor and address performance issues.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
  • Lead organisational change and improvement initiatives.

Criteria

Essential:

  • 3rd level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • A minimum of 3 years generalist experience in a HR Manager role.
  • Experience in both Strategic and Operational HR.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UK & Northern Ireland employment law.

Desirable:

  • CIPD membership (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Learning & Development Practices.
  • Knowledge of culture Improvement Initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Workflow Infinity software.
