Please Note: This role is Field-based in England and will involve frequent travel across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with levy-paying employers, generating multi-year deals aligning apprenticeship solutions to their workforce needs and working toward scalable cohort delivery models.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, identifying opportunities to deliver MetaGedu’s unique curriculum and enrichment offer.
- Promote the MetaGedu way and our subject matter experts, added-value enrichment, and learner-first approach.
- Cross-sell GEDU Group’s wider education solutions to create integrated workforce development plans.
- Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations that showcase our impact and ambition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery and employer satisfaction.
- Consistently identifies and converts opportunities in line with KPIs and growth targets, positioning MetaGedu as a trusted partner in talent development.
- Represent MetaGedu at regional events, forums, and industry panels.
