Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Resourcing & Recruitment:
- Source apprenticeship candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates via telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability against apprenticeship standards and employer requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records on CRM system.
- Apprentice Placement & Matching:
- Match candidates to appropriate apprenticeship vacancies.
- Prepare candidates for interviews (CV support, interview guidance, expectations).
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Support successful onboarding and placement of apprentices.
- Employer & Stakeholder Support:
- Liaise with employers to understand vacancy requirements and workforce needs.
- Provide timely updates to employers on candidate progress.
- Support employer engagement teams with vacancy fulfilment.
- Administration & Compliance:
- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant.
- Support eligibility checks and right-to-work requirements.
- Maintain GDPR-compliant records.
- Track placement outcomes and report on KPIs.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to improving recruitment and placement processes.
- Support marketing and outreach activities to attract new applicants.
- Participate in training and development as part of the apprenticeship programme.
