We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our employer network and create new apprenticeship opportunities. You’ll play a key role in growing our employer network and creating new opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the Business Development team.
- Understand employer challenges around recruitment, upskilling, and workforce development.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline activity.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and operations to improve lead generation strategies.
- Consistently achieve KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. A strong ambition to build a career in sales or business development is required. Previous B2B sales or recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. A passion for education, apprenticeships, and workforce development is important.
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission. Full sales training and ongoing coaching. Clear progression into Business Development Manager / Account Manager roles. Career development within the education and skills sector.
