Are you a Transport Planner who has experience working within a pallet company? We're looking for someone who enjoys a busy working environment and can communicate clearly and confidently. A friendly, professional phone manner is essential, along with strong customer service skills and solid experience using Microsoft Office programs.
You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of our operations, including:
- Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and acting as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, and depot teams
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly through both telephone and email communication
- Recording job information accurately within our custom in-house systems
- Following all company procedures as well as legal and regulatory guidelines to support smooth, compliant operations
- Planning and coordinating delivery and collection routes and schedules
- Completing end-of-day responsibilities such as driver debriefs, handing over shifts, and updating night staff
