Job Description We are seeking an Estimating Manager who will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects.

The role works closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams to help secure new projects and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.

Prepare estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions.

Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Carry out site visits when required.

Attend tender review and project handover meetings.

Support value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure tenders are submitted accurately and on time.

Provide support and guidance to other team members.

Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Complete any other duties required to support the business.
