We are looking for a talented individual to support the deployment and adoption of our AI solutions in primary care, starting in the UK and expanding globally, while building strong, ongoing relationships with our clients.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success & Adoption Specialist, you will be at the heart of our client engagement. Your role will focus on:
- Ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of Metadvice's solutions in primary care practices.
- Working closely with GP practices and PCN staff, including transformation leads, practice management, GP partners and clinical teams.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, supporting and guiding them to maximize value from our technology.
- Building strong, long-term relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Gathering feedback and insights to improve adoption and inform product development.
- Supporting compliance with NHS information governance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer success, client support, or healthcare technology adoption.
- Familiarity with UK primary care systems and the NHS (EMISWeb, TPP SystmOne advantageous).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Role based in our Brighton office with hybrid working; one day in London every 2 weeks.
