About Meta Compliance
Meta Compliance is a leader in cybersecurity and compliance software, helping organisations manage risk and improve security awareness.
Our mission is to simplify compliance and security for businesses worldwide through innovative technology and data-driven insights.
About the Role
We are hiring a second Salesforce Administrator at senior level to work alongside our existing admin, taking ownership of advanced platform development, automation and integration across the revenue stack.
This role sits within our Commercial Operations Insights & Data team.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role.
You will operate as an internal consultant: gathering requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success, then designing and building deeply integrated solutions that make Salesforce the single source of commercial truth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design and build of complex automation across the org: Flows, Apex triggers and classes, and scheduled processes that support the full Acquire → Convert → Retain lifecycle.
- Develop Lightning Web Components and custom UI where declarative tools reach their limit.
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the wider commercial stack, including marketing automation, finance systems, customer success tooling and our Microsoft Fabric data platform.
- Act as an internal Rev Ops consultant: scope requirements with commercial stakeholders, translate business problems into technical designs, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Champion data quality, governance and schema discipline so that downstream analytics, pipelines and executive reporting can rely on clean, consistent CRM data.
- Own security configuration: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security and audit readiness.
- Explore and implement AI capabilities within the platform (Einstein, Agentforce and related tooling) where they create genuine commercial value.
- Design and implement a structured sandbox-to-live deployment process, including a clearly defined environment strategy (Dev → Sandbox → UAT → Production), version control and change governance, to ensure consistent, low-risk releases.
- Maintain sandbox strategy, release management and documentation to a professional standard.
- Partner with the existing Salesforce Administrator, sharing ownership of BAU while leading on the more technical and architectural work.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience at a senior level.
- Proven Apex development skills alongside advanced declarative automation (Flow).
- Experience building Lightning Web Components.
- A track record in Saa S or larger contract-based IT businesses, where Salesforce runs the commercial operation rather than sitting on the sidelines.
- Experience working with integrated platforms: connecting Salesforce to marketing, finance, data and customer success systems via APIs, middleware or native connectors.
- Strong stakeholder skills: comfortable liaising directly with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer teams, gathering requirements and pushing back where needed.
- A data-quality mindset: you understand that the CRM feeds pipelines, forecasting and board reporting, and you build accordingly.
- Experience designing and running a structured sandbox-to-live release process, including environment strategy, version control and deployment governance.
Desirable Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or above).
- Experience supporting a Rev Ops or Commercial Operations function.
- Familiarity with CPQ, marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Account Engagement, Hub Spot or similar) and customer success tooling.
- Exposure to modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse architectures) and an understanding of how CRM data flows into analytics.
- Experience with AI-driven Salesforce features and a practical view on where they add value.
