Hi! My name is Gareth Irvine, Sales Manager of Customer Revenue. I am recruiting an Account Manager, who will lead all commercial engagements for a portfolio of mid-tier to high-potential customers. In close partnership with Customer Success Managers, you’ll be responsible for renewals, upsells, cross-sells, product and license expansions, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across a range of customer types. You will play a key role in delivering value-aligned commercial strategies, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring long-term revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all commercial conversations across a portfolio of mid-tier to high-value customers, including renewals, upsell negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
- Partner closely with CSMs to stay aligned with each customer’s success plan, business goals, and usage patterns.
- Lead renewal and expansion strategies that are tailored, proactive, and outcome-focused.
- Identify and execute license increases, product/module expansions, and affiliate growth opportunities based on evolving customer needs.
- Conduct quarterly revenue and growth planning across your portfolio, supporting a high degree of forecast accuracy.
- Establish strong commercial relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions.
- Leverage insights from product usage and engagement to guide and influence expansion conversations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product as needed to support deal execution and resolve blockers.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- English is required, Bonus points for French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese speaking candidates.
- Experience owning and growing commercial relationships with mid-sized to enterprise-level customers.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, upselling, and renewal strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management.
