The Regional Director is a critical leadership role within the Food @ Meta Global Team, responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing partner relationships, and ensuring excellence across Meta campuses. This position drives accountability, operational performance, and strategic project execution in partnership with internal teams and external service partners.
Required Skills
- Manage Accountability - Ensure team OKRs are met, reporting to Program Managers and Service Partners within the region.
- Own Partner SLAs & SOWs - Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for operations, maintaining site performance standards.
- Partner Communication - Manage all communications with partners regarding site performance and operational updates.
- Quarterly Business Reviews - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Service Partners to assess performance and drive improvements.
- Stakeholder Accountability - Hold all stakeholders accountable to partner scorecards, SLAs, and any associated bonuses or penalties.
- Budget Ownership - Own and manage the region’s operational budgets for the Food @ Meta Global Team.
- Project Design & Openings - Lead new project design in collaboration with Meta teams for new openings and campus design needs.
- Campus Approach - Own and implement the overall Meta campus approach for each site in the region.
Minimum Qualifications
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and balancing diverse interests.
- Proven leader of people, able to lead from afar and guide teams to success.
- Dynamic communicator, able to clearly disseminate and convey key initiatives throughout their organization and partner organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial management and operational budgeting.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and expectations simultaneously.
- 10+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a corporate or large commercial environment (restaurants, hotels, stadiums, or similar).
- Experience managing regional or multi-site operations, including oversight of budgets and financial performance.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams, including remote leadership.
- Strong understanding of vendor management, SLAs, and SOWs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and performance through scorecards and business reviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Experience with project design and campus openings is a plus.
- Financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
- Ability to travel as required by the role.
