Beat Games is located in Prague, Czech Republic, and we are the award-winning game studio that created the original Beat Saber, which has sold over 4 million copies to date and has collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including Queen, The Rolling Stones, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, BTS and The Weeknd.
We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our production team at Beat Games. You will work closely with our development teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that our games are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, art, design, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Foster an environment of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the development team.
- Work closely with external partners, such as contractors, vendors, and outsourcing companies, to ensure successful collaboration and delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our production processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Reality Labs' various departments to ensure successful game launches and ongoing support.
- Occasionally travel locally and abroad to meet with external and internal partners, visit co-dev studios, etc.
- Experience in game development having shipped multiple titles, or equivalent experience, with a focus on production management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality games on time and within budget.
- Proven track record of success in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Proven experience working effectively solving complex problems and embracing ambiguity to drive innovative and impactful solutions with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrable knowledge of game development pipelines, processes, and tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
