The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 € per year.

This position will be directly responsible for leading the Global Agencies Partnerships with the largest Media partners and networks in EMEA. You will own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals – through consultative sales, education, optimization, and support. You will be responsible for working with other teams across Meta to create and grow scalable agency programs focused on improving the Product adoption and overall Meta understanding and experience for agencies. Success in this position requires sales, people management, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to work within a heavily matrixed organization, to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. This position will be focused on key agencies in EMEA. This is a 12-month short-term employee position (STE) and based in our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the region (from local to regional).
  • Identify actionable insights to improve agency results and team strategy.
  • Develop and implement scalable agency programs and broader advertising ecosystem initiatives to increase FB share of wallet and FB best practice adoption.
  • Monitor progress against goals and respond to changes in the market.
  • Ensure that agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, prioritise and deliver timely, high-quality work.
  • Lead cross-regional work-streams to scale impact across the different countries, collaborate with global and local agency managers and leads to ensure best practice sharing and minimise re-work.
  • Create an environment of challenging the status-quo and driving creativity to scale Meta’s largest partnerships (SPI, Specific programs..).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive experience working with Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising.
  • Personal network in place with executive agency contacts at leading agencies and proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships.
  • Agency background, Big 6 or Independents.
  • Significant proven successful experience in sales and marketing in a sales-based role to leading advertising agencies.
  • Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational standards by introducing performance measures, processes and systems.
  • Experienced at working in a matrixed environment, good with ambiguity and ability to get things done through influencing.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements).
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews).
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
