The Executive Engagement Lead will identify and build executive relationships with our partners, helping them connect with Meta’s vision for the world’s next computing platform and strengthening trust in Meta as a technology partner. This role includes engaging with Reality Labs Retail, Telco, and Commercial Sales Channel Partners, and through highly curated briefings will help executives move forward in their decision‑making process, feel appreciated and inspired, and achieve their business outcomes in partnership with Meta. The position reports to the Global Head of Executive Engagement and serves as the primary partner for the EMEA region within the Executive Engagement team. It is an 8‑month contract based in our London Kings Cross office.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high‑impact executive briefings, aligning content and agendas to customer needs, managing stakeholder expectations throughout the planning process, and facilitating briefings to drive outcome‑based discussions.
- Partner with the RL Sales Channel teams in the region to define the briefing program value proposition and the role executive briefings play.
