Meta is seeking an Employment Investigator (Fixed Term) to lead end-to-end workplace investigations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with occasional cross-region work. You will conduct intake, interviews, and debriefs in partnership with Employment Law, HR and Employee Relations.
You will maintain empathy and neutrality while delivering findings to inform long-term solutions and may contribute to compliance education initiatives.
