Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness at scale
  • 2. Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency, using AI to accelerate insight generation and surface opportunities faster
  • 3. Explore and experiment with new growth tactics and channels with an eye on CAC, LTV, and scalability - leveraging AI to rapidly prototype, stress-test, and validate new approaches
  • 4. Monitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimisation and anomaly detection
  • 5. Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet or exceed growth targets, actively adjusting channel allocation and spend based on in-flight data and business priorities
  • 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, martech, research, and creative teams to align strategies with business goals
  • 7. Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
  • 8. Use AI as the default toolkit for day-to-day work - from analysis and experimentation to creative prototyping and workflow automation - while ensuring responsible, policy-compliant use
  • 9. Demonstrate measurable impact from AI-augmented ways of working (e.g., time savings, efficiency gains, faster iteration) and share learnings to scale adoption across the team
  • 10. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 11. 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or engagement
  • 12. 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement, to drive data-informed decisions
  • 13. Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data (e.g., campaign metrics, cohort analysis, funnel reporting) to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
  • 14. Demonstrated AI fluency - already using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work (analysis, experimentation, content, automation) to deliver faster and better outcomes
  • 15. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets within the EMEA region
  • 16. Experience using marketing analytics and attribution platforms to measure campaign performance and optimize towards growth KPIs
  • 17. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and operations, to deliver integrated growth programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 18. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • 19. Knowledge of regional EMEA markets and digital advertising landscapes
  • 20. Track record of scaling AI adoption and sharing best practices across a team or an organisation
  • 21. Comfort operating beyond traditional role boundaries - prototyping, building analysis frameworks, drafting strategy - particularly in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
  • 22. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • 23. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
