Meta is seeking an experienced Business Marketing Manager to join its Business Marketing team in EMEA. The Business Marketing team is the engine that grows Meta's business at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping businesses, brands, agencies, partners and other industry stakeholders understand the ways in which Meta can help them achieve their objectives and growth, and are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in informative, scaled and innovative ways. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to help us build and deliver amazing marketing initiatives covering all Meta's solutions for Business.

Our teams work closely with companies and agencies, in a variety of industries, who use Meta's platforms as a key part of their growth and marketing strategy. This position will be responsible for executing our business marketing strategy, developing outstanding marketing executions using multiple marketing channels, targeting a wide range of audiences: big companies, advertisers, agencies, key industry organizations and influencers. Some examples include executing integrated business marketing initiatives, hosting in-person and virtual events, producing thought leadership content and running programs, webinars, training and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class marketing activations across the full funnel events, campaigns, programs, training, and content working closely with business teams and leveraging AI-integrated workflows to move at speed and quality.
  • Develop and drive multi-regional integrated marketing programs with a vertical focus, contributing to global and EMEA strategic priorities by focusing on the biggest opportunities that drive the greatest value for businesses and Meta.
  • Own and project-manage initiatives with ownership and initiative across a loosely defined area of work, proactively generating incremental revenue and meaningful impact.
  • Apply data-driven marketing strategies to hypothesize, test, measure, optimize, and scale initiatives.
  • Engage leaders to gain buy-in and support for new directions, and demonstrate measurable AI-driven impact.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Challenge the status quo by seeking innovative ways to elevate marketing impact.
  • Document, report, and communicate tangible impact in review forums with leadership, demonstrating clear ROI through data-backed insights.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience developing and executing data-driven B2B/Enterprise marketing strategies to drive growth and measurable results.
  • Ability to craft data-driven narratives that communicate complex marketing metrics, insights, and results to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external teams in an agile framework.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities, staying focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, using data insights and AI tools to adapt and refine strategies in real-time across international teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global marketing environment where quick decisions and a strategic, impact-driven approach are essential.
  • Experience incorporating data insights and AI-powered workflows into marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience redesigning workflows with AI tools and delivering measurable AI-driven outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
  • B2B marketing experience in the tech sector.
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
