The Opportunity

Are you a high-achieving school leaver or recent graduate looking to dive straight into the heart of the financial markets? Whilst this is a back-office role, you will be sitting in close proximity to our Trade Desks, Finance, and Senior Management. This provides a rare, direct exposure to the people leading the business.

The Role

You will provide vital operational support to our leadership teams. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Trade Support: Assisting with the post-trade reconciliation and reporting of daily trades and pnl.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring all systems are updated and supporting senior management with ad-hoc reporting and business-critical tasks.
  • Static Data Management: Setup and maintenance of new and existing instruments, managing exchange calendars, and ensuring all reference data is accurate and up to date.

  • Academic High-Flier: You have strong A-Level results. We value subjects like Maths, Economics, or Business, but we care most about your logic and numeracy.
