We are looking for a reliable FLT Driver to join a small warehouse team for a 2-month temporary role. The successful applicant will train throughout May before covering a warehouse operative’s duties during June.

Training (May 2026)

  • Start date: Tuesday 5th May 2026
  • Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–4pm
  • Shadowing and learning all warehouse tasks
  • Holiday shutdown: 21st May–31st May

Full Cover (June 2026)

  • Hours: Mon–Thu, 8am–4pm
  • Daily FLT operation (gas forklift)
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers
  • Unloading goods, booking in deliveries
  • Banding, wrapping and palletising orders
  • Responsible for opening/closing site gates – punctuality essential
  • £13.50 per hour

Requirements

  • Valid, in-date FLT licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Physically fit; general lifting required
  • Able to read labels clearly and communicate information accurately
  • Fluent in English
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
  • Willing to help keep the premises tidy (inside and outside)
