We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Administrator to join a busy team based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the goods-in and goods-out process, ensuring stock and deliveries are accurately recorded and processed.
Key Responsibilities- Booking in goods and deliveries received into the site
- Recording and processing incoming goods accurately
- Booking out goods and ensuring outgoing items are correctly processed
- Updating relevant systems and maintaining accurate records
- Checking paperwork and delivery information
- Liaising with warehouse and operational teams to ensure goods are processed efficiently
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse/operation during quieter periods
- Carrying out general administrative and operational duties as required
- Following company procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Confident using computer systems and completing administrative tasks
- Able to work well as part of a team
