We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Administrator to join a busy team based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the goods-in and goods-out process, ensuring stock and deliveries are accurately recorded and processed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking in goods and deliveries received into the site
  • Recording and processing incoming goods accurately
  • Booking out goods and ensuring outgoing items are correctly processed
  • Updating relevant systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Checking paperwork and delivery information
  • Liaising with warehouse and operational teams to ensure goods are processed efficiently
  • Supporting other areas of the warehouse/operation during quieter periods
  • Carrying out general administrative and operational duties as required
  • Following company procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times
About You
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and punctual

  • Confident using computer systems and completing administrative tasks
  • Able to work well as part of a team

  • Previous experience in a goods-in, warehouse administration, logistics or similar role is essential.
