MET Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team at their Minworth.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 5:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual with experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments to support the day-to-day running of a busy storage facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine minding
- Assist with the loading and unloading of company delivery vehicles
- Carry out a variety of warehouse tasks to maintain excellent service levels
- Accurately count and check crates and equipment moving in and out of the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
About You:
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working to KPIs
- A positive, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Ability to complete delivery and collection paperwork accurately
- Respectful and careful handling of company property
