Delivery Administration Assistant Location: Wednesbury Salary: £12.71 per hour (TBC) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm Contract: Temporary / Immediate Start Industry: Manufacturing We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Administration Assistant to join a busy manufacturing company based in Wednesbury. This is an administrative role focused on supporting the planning and coordination of next-day deliveries. You will be responsible for pulling and reviewing data, carrying out visual checks and ensuring delivery information is accurate and in line with the planned schedule. Key responsibilities: Supporting the administration of next-day deliveries Pulling and reviewing data from internal systems Carrying out visual checks to ensure information is accurate and complete Checking delivery information against planned schedules Identifying any discrepancies or issues and raising these with the relevant team Updating systems and maintaining accurate records Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties Ensuring all delivery information is prepared and accurate ahead of dispatch About you: Previous administration experience is desirable Strong attention to detail is essential Comfortable working with data and information Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems Able to carry out repetitive checking tasks accurately Organised and able to manage workload effectively Good communication skills Previous experience within manufacturing, logistics or a delivery environment would be advantageous Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, equating to 40 paid hours per week.
