Customer Service Manager Wednesbury £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience Permanent | Full Time | On-site Are you an experienced Customer Service or Office Manager who enjoys being at the heart of a busy business? We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join an established manufacturing organisation in Wednesbury. This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service leadership, sales order processing, office management and operational support. You’ll take responsibility for the smooth running of the customer service and office function, ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service while supporting the wider operational team. Managing and coordinating the day-to-day customer service function Overseeing sales order processing and ensuring customer requirements are handled efficiently Acting as a key point of contact for customer service queries and issues Managing and supporting a Customer Service Coordinator Maintaining effective office systems, processes and procedures Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team Working closely with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience Supporting and leading wider operational projects, including efficiency, sustainability and environmental initiatives Supporting Health & Safety activity, compliance and training Coordinating suppliers and external service providers Supporting building, facilities, utilities and security requirements You may currently be working as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Team Leader, Office Manager, Sales Office Manager, Internal Sales Manager or Customer Service & Operations Manager. Previous experience managing a customer service, sales office or administrative function Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Good commercial awareness and attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office skills You'll become a central part of the operation, working across customer service, people, projects and the wider business.
