MET are currently looking for Trainee Machine Operators for a client based in the Cradley Heath area!
Requirements/Duties:
- Training on an Extrusion Machine
- Production and Manufacturing experience
- Material Handler
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the work area
- Assist in root cause analysis for production defects and contribute to the implementation of effective corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Control department to ensure all products consistently meet or exceed customer specifications
Shifts: Continental shifts - 6:30am to 6:30pm. 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights. Wk 1 is Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun. Wk 2 is Wed/Thurs/Fri. First 2 weeks days, next 2 weeks nights and so on.
Pay: £12.71 to start, with an increase up to £15 an hr once going perm.
