PCB Production Operative Required in Telford

MET Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Telford for a PCB Production Operative to join their Routing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operating experience looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

Duties will include:

• Operating CNC routing machines to separate finished circuit boards from mother panels.
• Routing internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs.
• Ensuring products are manufactured to required quality standards.
• Following work instructions and production schedules.
• Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any issues.
• Working closely with the Test and Inspection departments.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• CNC machine operating experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets.
• Reliable and flexible approach to shift work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Shifts and Salary

Rotating 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Monday to Friday

Starting at £12.84
