We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain a range of mechanical and hydraulic presses. This role is key to ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate progression, heavy manual, and light guard presses
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain optimal output
  • Carry out regular quality checks and report defects
  • Read and follow engineering drawings, SOPs, and control plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment (5S)
  • Accurately record production output, downtime, and scrap

Skills:

Friday 7:30-12:30pm; Afternoons are 14:00-10:30pm Mon-Thursday and Friday 12:30-17:30pm; Overtime may be required depending on production demands.
