We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client that manages independent schools. The role is based in Loughton, Milton Keynes. Hours would be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required).

Role will include:

  • Day to day maintenance such as basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting
  • Routine inspections of buildings and report defects
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues
  • Ensuring fixtures, fittings, doors, and windows are secure
  • Maintain external grounds
  • Follow health and safety policies at all times
  • Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Skills Required:

  • Practical experience in building maintenance, caretaking or facilities work
  • Experience working in a school environment before would be desirable
  • As this is working in a school you must be reliable and trustworthy
