We are recruiting for an exciting newly created Marketing Manager opportunity working across two established and growing businesses within the construction and gambling sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a marketing function and genuinely make an impact. Historically, marketing activity has been outsourced, but the business is now looking to bring everything in-house and appoint someone who can build structure, strategy, and long-term direction. This role offers a huge amount of autonomy and would suit a commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and delivering day-to-day campaigns.
The Role
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across both businesses
- Build and establish internal marketing processes and structure
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI
- Create and deliver campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Lead social media activity, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives
- Oversee website content and online presence
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to support growth plans
- Coordinate external agencies and suppliers where required
- Produce engaging marketing materials and promotional content
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends
About You
- Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or standalone marketing role
- Strong digital marketing and social media experience
- Able to work strategically whilst remaining hands-on operationally
- Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and marketing activity end-to-end
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
