PCB Production Operative Required in Telford

MET Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Telford for a PCB Production Operative to join their Routing Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or machine operating experience looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

Duties will include

Operating CNC routing machines to separate finished circuit boards from mother panels.

Routing internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs.

Ensuring products are manufactured to required quality standards.

Following work instructions and production schedules.

Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting any issues.

Working closely with the Test and Inspection departments.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.

Requirements

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

CNC machine operating experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets.

Reliable and flexible approach to shift work.
