We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team, with the opportunity to progress into a Shift Supervisor role. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently
  • Ensure all products meet required quality standards
  • Carry out basic quality checks, including first-off and last-off inspections
  • Support shift handovers and communicate production updates clearly
  • Assist with organising workflow, break times, and meeting daily targets
  • Follow and promote health & safety procedures on the shop floor
  • Report issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement
  • Help train and support other operators as you progress

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous machine operating experience (essential)
  • Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
  • Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
  • Confident communicator with a willingness to learn
  • Previous supervisory role preferable
