We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client that manages independent schools.
Location: Loughton, Milton Keynes.
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required).
Role responsibilities:
- Day to day maintenance such as basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
- Routine inspections of buildings and report defects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues.
- Ensuring fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and furniture are safe and functional.
- Security of the site.
- Maintain external grounds.
- Follow health and safety policies at all times.
- Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
Skills Required:
- Practical experience in building maintenance, caretaking, or facilities work.
- Experience working in a school environment would be desirable.
- As this is working in a school, you must be reliable and trustworthy.
