We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our client that manages independent schools. The role is based in Loughton, Milton Keynes. Hours would be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required).
Role will include:
- Day to day maintenance such as basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting
- Routine inspections of buildings and report defects
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues
- Ensuring fixtures, fittings, doors, windows & furniture are safe and functional
- Security of the site
- Maintain external grounds
- Follow health and safety policies at all times
- Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
Skills Required:
- Practical experience in building maintenance, caretaking or facilities work
- Experience working in a school environment before would be desirable
- As this is working in a school you must be reliable and trustworthy
