The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings and residential property management team, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maximising occupancy rates across our portfolio of properties. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, a keen understanding of the lettings market and detailed knowledge of residential property management including all relevant legislation/regulations currently affecting the private rented sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the lettings team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service.
