We are recruiting for an exciting newly created Marketing Manager opportunity working across two established and growing businesses within the construction and gambling sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a marketing function and genuinely make an impact.

Historically, marketing activity has been outsourced, but the business is now looking to bring everything in-house and appoint someone who can build structure, strategy, and long-term direction. This role offers a huge amount of autonomy and would suit a commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and delivering day-to-day campaigns.

The Role

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across both businesses
  • Build and establish internal marketing processes and structure
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI
  • Create and deliver campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Lead social media activity, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Oversee website content and online presence
  • Work closely with senior leadership teams to support growth plans
  • Coordinate external agencies and suppliers where required
  • Produce engaging marketing materials and promotional content
  • Analyse campaign performance and market trends

About You

  • Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or standalone marketing role
  • Strong digital marketing and social media experience
  • Able to work strategically whilst remaining hands-on operationally
  • Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and marketing activity end-to-end
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
