Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)

  • Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 1:30pm / 1:30pm - 9:00pm
  • Friday: 6:00am - 12:30pm / 12:30pm - 7:00pm

About the Role

MET are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. The position requires a high level of precision, concentration, and consistency due to the repetitive nature of the tasks. Full training will be provided; however, previous production experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out precision bonding work on PCB panels
  • Maintaining a steady hand and high level of accuracy
  • Completing repetitive tasks to a consistent standard
  • Supporting the coating process when required
  • Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels
  • Following all health and safety guidelines

Previous Experience and Skills

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to carry out repetitive tasks

  • Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
