Delivery Administration Assistant
Location: Wednesbury
Salary: £12.71 per hour (TBC)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm
Contract: Temporary / Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Administration Assistant to join a busy manufacturing company based in Wednesbury.
This is an administrative role focused on supporting the planning and coordination of next-day deliveries. You will be responsible for pulling and reviewing data, carrying out visual checks and ensuring delivery information is accurate and in line with the planned schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the administration of next-day deliveries
- Pulling and reviewing data from internal systems
- Carrying out visual checks to ensure information is accurate and complete
- Checking delivery information against planned schedules
- Identifying any discrepancies or issues and raising these with the relevant team
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Ensuring all delivery information is prepared and accurate ahead of dispatch
About you:
- Previous administration experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Comfortable working with data and information
- Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Able to carry out repetitive checking tasks accurately
- Organised and able to manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience within manufacturing, logistics or a delivery environment would be advantageous
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am 4:30pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break, equating to 40 paid hours per week.
