We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines, producing precision components to quality and production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling, turning, or multi-axis machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select tooling, set offsets, speeds, and feeds
- Carry out first-off and in-process quality checks
- Maintain machine performance and report faults
- Follow SOPs, control plans, and safety procedures
- Support basic maintenance and continuous improvement
