We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines, producing precision components to quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC milling, turning, or multi-axis machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Select tooling, set offsets, speeds, and feeds
  • Carry out first-off and in-process quality checks
  • Maintain machine performance and report faults
  • Follow SOPs, control plans, and safety procedures
  • Support basic maintenance and continuous improvement
