I am currently recruiting for an Order Processing & Logistics Lead on behalf of a growing business based in the Bewdley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in order processing, customer fulfilment, dispatch coordination, logistics administration or supply chain operations who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements across processes and customer delivery.
The role will involve:
- Managing customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
- Coordinating fulfilment and shipping activities
- Supporting import/export documentation
- Working closely with warehouse, customer service and finance teams
- Acting as an escalation point for customer queries
- Supporting and leading a direct report
- Driving process improvements across order fulfilment and logistics coordination
Please note: This is not a traditional Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager position. The focus is on order processing, fulfilment, dispatch coordination and operational administration rather than managing a warehouse operation or transport fleet. Experience within manufacturing, distribution, FMCG, packaging or supply chain environments would be highly advantageous.
