Administrator £11.78 per hour Full-time 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon-Fri) Stourbridge Temp-Perm We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client within the education sector on a temp-to-perm basis. This role would be perfect for someone with admin-based experience who is personable, organised and a great team player. The role will be supporting Administration Manager and the Deputy College Principal with their administrative tasks. Main Duties: To be responsible for the scheduling of student meetings, including annual reviews. To be responsible for inviting and notifying all relevant stakeholders of student review meetings. To assist with the ongoing inputting of information into the database, including review information, student targets, goals, etc. and students’ qualifications or achievements. To assist with the distribution of educational information for each student and ensure adequate information available to staff. To assist with other administrative tasks including filing, minute taking, report typing, etc as needed. To work in conjunction with the Administration Manager in managing administration for all trips and visits, including cover. To produce and manage the College diary and calendar. The successful candidate would need to have a valid Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
