About You
- Customer service experience within ecommerce, retail or online sales
- Confident communicating by phone, email and online messaging
- Organised, detail-focused and able to multitask effectively
- Experience with Amazon, eBay or marketplace platforms is advantageous
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer enquiries across multiple marketplace channels
- Resolving delivery issues, returns, refunds and customer claims
- Handling customer calls and supporting order completion
- Maintaining account health through excellent customer service
Where You'll Be Based
Your office will be commutable from Wakefield, Leeds, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
