The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

With a host of new locations planned for launch across the North & the Midlands over the coming years alongside an existing network of sites, this business is growing fast. The opportunity as Local Marketing Manager will work across new openings as well as supporting the existing estate to drive local awareness, engagement, and sales. This is a field-based role, where you will be working with multiple stakeholders, identifying regional marketing opportunities and being visible across these sites to create bespoke local marketing strategies. You’ll have support from a wider central marketing team with specialists in PR, Digital and other channels at your disposal. You will be leading on what marketing material should be produced to generate awareness across individual communities and local stakeholders and briefing this in for creation.

About You

  • A well-established marketeer, with strong experience marketing on a regional / local level.
  • Have a UK Driving License and car, and comfortable with an on the road role visiting sites across the North of England / Midlands.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Full of energy and a passion for marketing across different regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering tailored marketing plans across individual locations, understanding local opportunities, challenges and USPs.
  • Working closely with local teams to drive revenue and increase awareness.
  • Liaising with the central marketing team to ensure all needed collateral is briefed and produced.
  • Executing marketing plans across new location launches and setting marketing targets and objectives for new projects.
  • Building relationships with local teams through energy, creativity and commerciality.

Where You’ll Be Based

This is an on the road role, and you’ll be required to travel to sites across the North / Midlands. A car and driving licence is critical as is a willingness to stay away from home on a relatively frequent basis. Expenses will be covered.
