About You
- An entrepreneurial attitude: driven to test and learn and always hungry to develop and grow products and your own experience.
- Managerial level experience in product, marketing, growth, or business lead roles, ideally in health, wellness, or digital services.
- Proven understanding of consumer focused, digital, go-to-market strategies and acquisition channels across digital (paid and organic), partnerships, and email.
- Data-driven, confident with analytics and KPIs like CAC, activation, churn, and growth.
- Strong storyteller who can craft compelling product narratives that resonate with users.
- Leadership experience, able to mentor junior teammates, contractors and resources.
- Solution focused and efficiency led using automation, technology and AI across tasks.
- Empathetic, user-centric, and mission-aligned, with a passion for supporting behaviour change.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading go-to-market planning including content, PR, partnerships, promotional activity and digital advertising.
- Developing product messaging, USPs and campaigns that drive adoption and engagement.
- Owning and optimising acquisition channels (SEO, PPC and Social) to deliver cost-effective growth.
- Mapping and improving the end-to-end customer journey using feedback and insights.
- Setting and owning unit-level OKRs linked to growth, retention, and product adoption.
- Collaborating across product, design, content, and operations to deliver improvements.
- Driving efficiency and mentoring others to high performance.
Where You Will Be Based
This is a fully remote Product Lead role with a requirement to be based in the UK.
