The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role is the result of expansion of marketing in the business and supports growth plans that are in place over the next few years. We are looking for a digital first marketer who can support all areas of marketing. Working alongside an experienced Marketing Manager, you will be able to develop your skills and experience in a range of channels whilst taking ownership of campaigns and activity which you are most familiar with.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong understanding of email marketing, SEO or broad digital.
  • Driven to grow knowledge and experience across the marketing mix and contribute to all marketing activity.
  • Confident in managing website updates and optimising content through CMS platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with excellent organisation and attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Managing email marketing and automation campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Implementing SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and tracking performance.
  • Supporting the website and digital channels to enhance user experience and content effectiveness.
  • Tracking campaign performance, reporting insights and making recommendations for improvement.

Where You’ll Be Based:

On the outskirts of Leeds and easily accessible from the M62 with free parking available. It is highly recommended that you have a car and license for commuting as public transport routes are limited. Ideally you will be office based to start with, but after you’ve settled hybrid working with up to two days from home is available.
